EARLY YEARS FOUNDATION STAGE
Welcome to Early Years! Our Early Years is made up of Ducklings (Nursery for Greenfield & Pulloxhill), Penguins (Reception) at Pulloxhill, and Robins (Reception) at Greenfield. We work very closely together to ensure all our children are offered the same opportunities with our ethos, 'Nurture, Inspire, Flourish' being at the heart of everything we do. Working closely with parents is very important to us and we share every child's 'wow' moments, with parents, through our online learning journey Tapestry. In Early Years the children begin their phonics learning journey, following Supersonic Phonic Friends.
Nursery
Mrs Coote works in our nursery. We work hard to support our children to become independent, confident and enthusiastic learners, ready to embark on their next part of their learning journey. Ducklings learn through child led learning and through various topics throughout the year.
Reception
Miss Morgan (Early Years Lead), Mrs Wolfe and Mrs Leaver teach Reception classes, Mrs Butts assists in Robins. Reception classes are exposed to a new topic every half term, building on skills and learning throughout the year. Our children access all areas of learning both inside and outside and engage in both adult led activities and child led activities daily.
