Greenfield Lower School has a very close association with St John the Baptist Church in Flitton.

  • Stephen Holroyd, the vicar, regularly comes into school to take assemblies and to support our values education. He is also a school governor.
  • We have a school Nativity service in Church every December.  The Robins class performs a traditional nativity tableau, and the older children read, sing and play recorders.
  • There is a special Easter service in the church on the last day of the Spring term
  • The school also takes part in the family services, with the choir regularly singing at the Mothering Sunday and Harvest services, and many of the children will take part in the lovely Christingle service in Advent.
